She's not real

The setup

A first-time headset, a glowing menu and a promise: any woman you pick is yours for the night. The line-up is a catalog of fantasies: the strict boss, the neighbor, the best friend's mom, the gamer, the troublemaker. He ignores all of them and points at the one woman who isn't listed. She tells him that's not an option, then adds that this is her dream and she's in charge of it. Episode 2 refuses him his pick: the woman he wanted is unavailable, and the one running things offers herself instead, for one night and on her terms.

Why it earns its number

A different kind of setup in the Fantasy worlds set: a dream where the menu, the host and the rules are all part of the game. The question isn't which woman he picks, it's who is really in control of the choice. Strange, a little meta, and very sure of itself.

Who should collect it: For the curious who enjoy a meta twist: a fantasy machine with opinions and a hostess who won't read from the script.
