The setup
Theo expected one awkward weekend with his girlfriend's family, a house bigger than advertised and a stepmother with taste. What he gets is a stepmom who notices where his eyes go, and says so, plus a snowstorm that cancels every train until Tuesday. Nobody leaves. Wine gets poured, a trampoline from earlier summers gets pointed out in the yard, and a bathroom trip turns into a long look at a closed door. Episode 2 opens on a quiet morning, a guest who's less invisible than he thinks, and a two-minute warning before the household implodes.
Why it earns its number
Snowbound stories need a good trap, and this one has a house with no exit and rules the hostess writes as she pours. What sets it apart in our MILF and Taboo sets is the pace: slow looks, quick consequences, and a countdown waiting in episode 2.
Who should collect it: For a winter night, a warm blanket and a taste for stories where the weather picks a side.
