The setup

Danny is broke, so when a billionaire offers a pay packet too absurd to question for training his wife, Danny doesn't ask much. Episode 1 introduces Simone, who wants her form corrected rather often, and her husband, Mr. Grant, who turns out to write her workout plan himself, one sealed page a week. The first assignment: whatever she asks for. Danny tells his girlfriend it's work stuff, which is true the way a trapdoor is technically a floor. Episode 2 brings the house rules: she controls the tempo by the pool, a session's secrets stay inside the session, and he never says no to her. Meanwhile his girlfriend keeps asking questions.

Why it earns its number

Plenty of stories flirt with a married client. This one hands the plan to the husband, who watches, writes the rules and delivers them on cards, which makes temptation a job with a manager. It's the cuckold angle played as workplace comedy, with a gym membership and a pool.
