The setup
Nobody walks out of the Sunken Court, or so the legend says, and the thief telling this story only came for a stone. Then he sees her: an elven princess in her own garden, who treats an intruder as an insult rather than a threat. He should be begging. He's staring. Instead of an ending, she gives him a sentence: he's hers now. Episode 2 turns the palace into a game of hide and seek, because her betrothed has arrived and asks for her at the worst possible moment, with the thief exactly where he shouldn't be. Surviving the week now depends on how well he takes orders.
Why it earns its number
Fantasy worlds usually hand you a hero. This one hands you a burglar with a crush and a princess who's decided to keep him. The power play is the point: she holds the crown and the leash, he holds a secret, and a jealous betrothed is closing in on both of them.
Who should collect it: Pick it for an evening of velvet-and-steel fantasy, where the prisoner is clearly having the better time.
