The setup
Ava is the new wife, your father is leaving on a work trip, and his parting order is simple: while he is gone she is in charge, and you obey. Ava treats this as a mandate. Episode 1 is her rulebook: your phone stays out of the bedroom, her door requires a knock and a mysterious third rule gets postponed. When you break the second one by looking where you should not, she catches you. Episode 2 is the reckoning: you point out she is your father's wife, she points out that you watched anyway, and rule three gets its reveal. This time, you are the audience.
Why it earns its number
The setup is a dare disguised as house rules, a countdown of three with the last one held back like a magic trick. Ava is playful, in command and never rude, and the tension comes from who is allowed to look at whom. A short, rule-based game for the Stepmom and Taboo shelves.
Who should collect it: For anyone who enjoys a game with rules, a confident woman in charge and a hero who knows he is in trouble.
