The setup

Veronica has fitted every groom in town, and the one standing at her mirror today is five days from his own wedding. Episode 1 begins with fabric, pins and a very professional apology for an occupational hazard. His fiancée's family is fighting about the venue and the caterer, he's stressed, and Veronica remarks that stress doesn't have to follow him into her shop. She tells him to return the next day, alone, and promises the suit will be ready along with something extra. In episode 2 he comes back, telling himself it's a one-time lapse, while his fiancée believes he's somewhere else. The ceremony is days away, the door is locked and someone is waiting outside.
